What if my newly installed roof leaks?

If your roof develops a leak, contact Tactical Roofing Company within 48 hours of discovering it so we can inspect the issue. If the leak is caused by improper installation or poor workmanship, it will be repaired under our lifetime workmanship warranty for the duration of the installed shingles' life. Coverage depends on the cause of the leak. Damage caused by severe weather, building movement, material defects, trees, animals, lack of maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or work performed by another contractor is not covered under the workmanship warranty.
