Adam Boudreaux
President & Owner
Adam Boudreaux is a 100% service-disabled U.S. Air Force veteran with nine years of active duty from 1990 to 1998, including serving four deployments during the First Gulf War. He brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, serving as a Project Manager, Project Executive, and Owner’s Representative with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering outstanding results for clients. He holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of Florida, which strengthens his expertise in building efficient systems, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring clear, professional communication on every project. Adam is the founder and principal of Tactical Construction Group, Tactical Roofing Company, and In His Grip Holding Company. His leadership philosophy centers on integrity, reliability, and exceptional execution, standards forged through military service and decades in the construction industry. He and his wife Pamela make their home in Trinity, Florida. Adam is proud to have Pamela and his daughter Alexandra working alongside him in the business. His other two children, Caity, who is married and lives in North Carolina, and Josh, who lives in North Carolina and is building his career, are all exceptional thriving individuals. He and Pamela are deeply proud of all three of their children.

With over 28 years in IT Project Management and more than seven years in wedding and event planning, Pamela Boudreaux brings a unique blend of organization, problem-solving, and client care to the roofing industry. For the past four years, she has worked side by side with her husband, Adam, helping manage and grow their family-run roofing business. Pamela’s strength lies in keeping projects on track, maintaining clear communication with homeowners, and ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and integrity. Her diverse background allows her to approach each roofing project with both structure and heart, understanding that a home is one of a family’s most important investments.

Alexandra Phillips
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Alexandra oversees every stage of the roofing process, from proposal to final payment, ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently. She manages contracts, permitting, scheduling, inspections, warranties, and client communication, keeping crews and homeowners aligned every step of the way. As the daughter of the company’s owners, Alexandra takes a personal stake in every project, treating each home as if it were her own. Known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving, she entered the industry with no prior background and quickly became an integral part of daily operations. In addition to leading operations, Alexandra manages the company’s social media presence, bringing personality and authenticity to the brand. Her focus is simple: delivering a seamless, organized, and stress-free experience for every client.
