Our work is not hindered by your presence at your home. While the work can be noisy in the home with our removing and nailing down the new roof, you do not need to be home, nor do you need to vacate while we work.

Unfortunately, this is a case of 'it depends'. Many homes built through the 90's and 2000's housing boom in Florida have OSB (oriented strand board) decking that is 1/2" thick. While this meets minimum building code, over time the heating and contracting of the wood, combined with the high humidity in our area makes the wood depress between the trusses. While this is not a problem, is it frequently visible. 

Other situations that might present as depressions in the decking include wood that is rotten and sagging, wet decking, or sections of roofing that are starting to fail.
